'De Zalmhaven' tower in Rotterdam (NL) provides space for approximately 260 apartments and, at 203 metres, is the tallest building in the Benelux.
In collaboration with specialist STEBOMA, the very prestigious project on the Maas is equipped with the CERA system with 2 central air handling units. These supply-exhaust units with cross-flow exchanger and an air volume of 40,000 m³/h each were lifted all the way to the top of the tower, which proved to be quite the challenge considering the casings are almost 4 metres wide and 4 metres high.
